I bake: chocolate-swirl gingerbread





I burned chocolate by melting it in the microwave. :P
Subconsciously, I knew that was a no-no, but I was lazy and mi-ryun-hae (foolish).
Husband to the rescue!


The proper way to melt chocolate — melt over boiling/steaming water.
