Home baked pizza. I hope one day I can build a mini outdoor furnace to bake all kinds of pizzas. (A Jamie Oliver inspiration). The key ingredients to the home baked pizza below were heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. mmm.hmm.
The pizza below had garlic, artichoke, and prosciutto. I need to learn how to cook/bake artichokes.
Only slightly burnt. ;)
And at the end of the month, for the husband’s birthday, I baked and assembled a mint-chocolate chip ice-cream cake. Actually, he helped me assemble the cake, ehehe, but ’twas a success. :)
