Summer’s End

There was the craziness of wedding preparations…

the wedding…

paris…

moving in… and learning to cook regularly…

my lovely mother…

Hannah…

and summer comes to an end with work.

I end this entry with an excerpt from AE Housman’s poem, “XXXIX

“…So here’s an end of roaming
On eves when autumn nighs:
The ear too fondly listens
For summer’s parting sighs,
And then the heart replies.”
