I Cook: Korean Pancakes

I love Korean pancakes, esp. green onion pancakes and fried zucchini pancakes (are they pancakes?), but I can never get them to taste the way my mom cooks them. She has a secret ingredient for her green onion pancakes and I thought it was chives and/or sesame leaves, but alas, it wasn’t. I should call her… also because it’s mother’s day! hehe.

Step 1: Prepare ingredients.

Step 2: Mix into batter.

Step 3: Season zucchini slices with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Make the pancake. :)

Step 5: Oops, I forgot the oil; now the pancakes are dry.

Step 6: Redo.

Step 7: Perfect!

Step 8: Snack time!

Step 9: Prepare zucchini pancake process.

Step 10: Fry’em.

Step 11: Take photos.

Step 12: Make more!!
